Deer – Full Service @ “The Big House”
3 Day
Bow season - $1000
Primitive Weapons season - $1100
Rifle season - $1400 in January
Single Hunters add $100 - Non-hunting guests $350
Limit one buck (8 or better and ear wide) and two does/hunter/3 day hunt
Turkey
2 Day Full Service Hunt - $900 - Limit one Mature Gobbler
Single Hunters add $100 - non-hunting guests $350
If no harvest, a third day may be added for $350
Quail
Half Day – 10 birds - $200
Full Day – 20 birds - $375
If you do not have a full party we will "mix and match" to fill out 4-5 hunters "in camp". We let the property rest for the remainder of the week. We will try to have only about 20-24 deer hunters/year in order to ensure each hunter a legitimate chance for an opportunity to harvest a nice deer.
Also for single turkey hunters we will mix and match to have two hunters "in camp" per hunt. We will have only 6 turkey hunters/year to ensure the most likely success rate.
A deposit of 50% is due at booking and is not refundable.
